Starter: HPF Bloos 2009 served with salmon & goats feta soufflé with French chives.
Main: HPF Nr.7 Sauvignon Blanc 2008 served with roast prime beef fillet, pomme purée, free-range duck ficelle and beetroot jus and served with a selection of 3 imported salts.
Dessert: HPF Swartskaap 2007 served with Lindt chocolate fondant
with white chocolate martini crème.

When Suné is not busy selling the oh-so-funky Cool de Sac or teaching food and wine pairing at Warwick Chef School, she joins hunky hubby, winemaker Bartho at wine events.
